Patrick Kelley began collecting automobile concept art in the 1990s. His first exhibition was at the El Dorado County Museum in 2016, where its show entitled “Back to the Future” included a part of his collection. In 2019 his book “IMAGINE!” about car styling drawings of the imagined future was published by Dalton Watson books. That same year he was selected to judge at Spanish Bay during the Pebble Beach Concours weekend. Patrick and his book have been featured on automotive podcasts, in several US and European magazines, and at many well-known events. He recently launched his second book, “IMAGINE too!”

Some of Patrick''s Articles:
I want to first thank AutoMobilia Resource for this opportunity to share my information and love of vintage automobile concept art. I’ve been a fan of the magazine for many years, but I never thought I’d have the honor to write for it. I never thought I’d write anything at all, for that matter, but I now have two books under my belt (Imagine!) and ideas for more books to come. Over the course of this next year, I’ll be sharing some of the images from my collection, stories about some of the artists and ideas on automobile design in general.
