Harry Hurst - Sebring Memorabilia
Harry Hurst is Director of Programs for the Simeone Museum in Philadelphia, an institution he helped Dr. Frederick Simeone launch in 2008.Harry’s interest in cars goes back to his first car, a 1953 MG TD that he still owns. While still in college, Hurst was track photographer for the 12 Hours of Sebring race in Florida. He has published two books on the 12 Hours of Sebring race. The first edition of this book, 12 Hours of Sebring 1970, was published in 2004, and he followed this up with books on the 1965 12 Hours of Sebring race and the 1970 Road Atlanta Can-Am race.

His photos have appeared in numerous books and magazines all over the world. In 2013 and 2018 he had a showing of his photographs at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering. Hurst is the founder of the Facebook group “Glory Days of Racing,” which is now approaching 100,000 members.
