David Rubin - Collecting License Plates
|
David Rubin acquired his first piece of automobilia at age five: a 1966 Massachusetts license plate, removed from the family’s Ford Country Squire back in the day. His plate collection has since grown to 1,000 or so examples. He also has an array of tin litho and pressed-steel toy cars and has accumulated numerous ski-themed car ads, all of which he proudly displays at home. His fascination with car design and “future cars” stems from his interactions with retired General Motors stylists, a benefit of his membership to the Cadillac & LaSalle Club. He is currently serving as Vice President for National Activities, and can be reached at: [email protected] |
